Start the ApplicationAs soon as your application arrives, our team sends you a secure payment request for the $199 deposit — usually the same business day. Once it’s in, your suite comes off the market.
Suites are held in the order deposits arrive — once yours is in, this suite comes off the market and the welcome preparations begin. Deposit terms are provided at checkout.
Your application and deposit hold the suite while we complete the required nurse assessment and residency agreement — they are not a lease, and final move-in is confirmed after assessment, as Tennessee requires of licensed assisted-care communities.
