The Pointe at Kirby Gate has served East Memphis families since 1999. Set on three and a half landscaped acres along Quince Road, the community has 60 residences, including a dedicated memory care neighborhood — small enough that every staff member knows every resident by name.
Under new ownership since 2026, the community is in the middle of a top-to-bottom renovation: refreshed suites, updated common areas, and new furnishings throughout. The standard we are building toward is simple — the comfort and attention to detail of a fine hotel, with the warmth of home.

Good care is attentive without being intrusive. Our team anticipates needs — fresh linens, a favorite chair, a caregiver who notices a quiet morning and stops to check in — and pairs that hospitality with professional, licensed care available 24 hours a day.
Our size makes that possible. With sixty residences, preferences are remembered, routines are respected, and families are always welcome.

Our professional care team is on site around the clock. Days include chef-prepared meals served restaurant-style, a full activity calendar planned with residents, and comfortable spaces for reading, visiting, and afternoon sun. Housekeeping and laundry are included.

Our East Memphis Location
The Pointe sits in an established residential neighborhood, minutes from Baptist and Methodist medical campuses, shopping, and dining. Families visit easily, and residents enjoy a quiet setting close to everything they need.
